LLP Partnership

Wilson Robinson Solicitors LLP has been authorised to operate as a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) as and from 17th June 2024, as per The Legal Services Regulation Act 2015. As and from this date, any partner in this firm has no personal liability for any debts, liabilities or obligations incurred for the purpose of carrying on the business of the LLP. This does not prevent or restrict the enforcement of any debt, liability or obligation against the property of the LLP and from this date the Partnership Act 1890 applies to the Partnership to the extent it is not inconsistent with Chapter 3 of Part 8 of the Act.
